Why does Extension Manager crash or give an error when I try to install a downloaded extension?
While there is usually no problem downloading our MXP files from the online store, some customers have experienced incomplete or invalid downloads. These problems can arise under various conditions but most are caused by your session timing out or an interruption in your internet connectivity. Symptoms of an invalid install file vary but you may experience events such as Extension Manager crashing. If you feel this is a problem you're running into, try the following:- Re-download the MXP file by logging into our web site and accessing your order history at:
http://www.webassist.com/professional/mywebassist/orderhistory.asp - If you still cannot install, please use our Technical Support application to request another copy of the extension via email.
How do I access my order history to redownload or upgrade extensions?
You can login to WebAssist.com and access your order history in the Members section of our web site.
